Domestic flight operations resumed on May 25 amid pandemic-induced lock down in various parts of the country including Delhi, Patna, Chennai and Lucknow after two months. Domestic air travel,guidelines that the passengers Airport authorities and in fact Airlines have to follow:
 
For Passengers
Every Passengers are  now required to download Aarogya setu app. Passenger should wear face masks and also maintain social distancing at all times during their journey. Passengers are advised to self isolate for a period of 14 days. Only asymptomatic people  will be allowed to  air travel.
 
Specific rules for airlines
Once onboard the flight crew must limit movement of passengers within the aircraft. Passengers should not be allowed to line up outside the toilet.The crew must also ensure that passengers do not consume any food no meal service magazines or any newspapers will be made available to the passengers.
 
For Airport authorities
Finally airport authorities must also ensure that there is thermal screening of passengers upon arrival and departure points. Airports should be regularly sanitized and the availability of soaps and sanitizers must be ensured at all times. If any passenger is found to be symptomatic he should be taken to the nearest hospital immediately.
